Grace West Manor

Grace West Manor is an affordable living facility and Section 8 housing for the elderly in Newark, NJ. The property is managed by the social impact developer Jonathan Rose Companies. PLANT Group provided sustainable design build, landscaping, landscape design, green building service for Grace West Manor, planting native plants, fruit tress, and an edible landscape Grace West Manor and the surrounding community.

Brooklyn Homestead

PLANT GROUP transformed an unused background into a space for relaxation, growing food, and attracting pollinators. Project highlights include:
